Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), means the total bonus amount must be staked that many times in qualifying games before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x requirement must be wagered a total of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal is permitted.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. The specific limit is stated in each promotion's terms. Placing bets above this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus being voided and any winnings derived from that bet being forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, live casino games and table games may each carry different contribution percentages. The contribution breakdown applicable to each active promotion is detailed in the promotion's specific terms.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or where wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the Account automatically. Expired bonus funds and any winnings accrued from expired bonuses are not recoverable.

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published on the Platform. jz7777 reserves the right to limit, refuse or void bets at our sole discretion, including where we believe a bet has been placed on the basis of information not publicly available, or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Live in-play betting markets are suspended and settled in real time. Delays between live event broadcasts and the Platform's live feed mean that bets placed during a broadcast delay may be voided by jz7777. Players using delayed streams to gain a pricing advantage engage in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any active bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable withdrawal conditions.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.1.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jz7777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents jz7777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where we deem it necessary to protect our rights or the rights of other players.
